(This is a lot of writing, but I would greatly appreciate it if you could stay with me here )
I'm making this announcement to give you all small, well-deserved update on my disappearance.
To be quite frank, I haven't written anything in full for a VERY long time. (By 'very' I mean... a couple months? Give or take? Anyway.) Recently, I've found myself completely and entirely swallowed up by the series that is Arcane. Unfortunately, this means my mind has been about 90% occupied for the last few weeks, and has been preventing me from achieving any progress in this little fandom.
The lack of popularity that the personified Taylor Swift albums fandom possesses makes it relatively difficult for me to be immersed and active, and the dwindling interaction that my works receive doesn't exactly motivate me to write, either.
The fact that this fandom is somewhat crumbling is leading me to think about some possible future decisions. I have no idea if or when my mind will return to the albums, but I do hope it does. I have many plans for fics and one shots, as well as an abundance of drafts that are sitting on my account. I absolutely adore the characters and dynamics I've manufactured here, and I really would love to keep them going, however, I fear it will be extremely difficult to attempt to keep the popularity of the fandom up. If I do manage to return to the headspace that allows me to obsess over Lovertation and the others, I will try my absolute best to produce some more work for those who would enjoy it.
A very strong urgency to get back into writing is heavy on my shoulders, I can assure you, especially since a mini project I was working on before my fandom-switch took over is in the works and I would love to have the ability to publish that at some point.
All in all, I hope some of you out there are still keen about this fandom, and if you are, I will try my best to get some fanfiction out for you!
