I have a friend who sometimes texts me at midnight-5am asking if I'm awake because she needs help or wants to be distracted so she won't harm herself. So, she is currently vacationing in another state which is 6 hours behind, so it's only 8pm while it's 2am for me. I get a text that said "are you awake?" I had been reading and so I quickly responded "of course" THEN SHE TELLS ME HER PARENTS WERE THREATENING TO TELL MY PARENTS THAT IM UP AT 2AM. UM. THAT IS NOT YOUR JOB. YOU ARE NOT MY MOTHER OR FATHER, YOU CANNOT TELL ME OR THEM TO TELL ME TO GO TO BED A CERTAIN TIME. I USUALLY FALL ASLEEP AT 2AM WHILE YOUR DAUGHTER IS UP UNTIL 5AM. MY PARENTS KNOW I STAY UP LATE AND IT WAS NOT APPRECIATED THAT THEY THOUGHT THEY COULD SAY THAT TO ME WHEN IT IS NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS AND THEY DONT EVEN KNOW MY PARENTS SMH
