I'm a registered nurse by day, writer and (borderline obsessive) reader by night. Though I write mostly fantasy and romance, my reading tastes are quite eclectic, including all genres of romance, thrillers, and lot and lots of horror. Don't ask me for horror recommendations. Trust me, you don't want to read the fucked up shit I do lol.

Anyway, I've never considered myself a serious writer. I mean, I've written essays, short stories, and poems here and there throughout high school and college, but nothing ever good enough that I'd ever consider a career in writing. But scenarios pop into my head (probably the Pisces in me - always living in my head rather than reality) and I had to find an outlet for them, so I started writing.

Since I have a full time job, I'm not as consistent as I'd like to be, but I'm trying to be better in order to get better. One must practice their craft in order to shape and evolve, right? So I write when I can, as much as I can, and try to enjoy the gratifying yet incredibly arduous journey of storytelling.
