now that act 1 of crimson stars has come to an end, i will be taking a week off — act 2 is still very much in progress and i just need a little time to breathe and get my thoughts together before i dive back in.
          	
          	writing act 1 was genuinely such a journey and i'm really proud of how it turned out. it's wild to think about how much this story has grown from just an idea in my head to an actual thing people are reading. a resident evil x alien crossover was not something i ever thought i'd be seriously committing to but here we are and honestly?? i wouldn't take it back for anything.
          	
          	thank you guys so much for sticking with crimson stars this far. every comment, every reaction, every little bit of support seriously keeps me going more than you know. i see you guys and i appreciate every single one of you 
          	
          	act 2 is going to be something else entirely. i'm not gonna spoil anything but just. trust the process okay. just trust it.

Y'ALLLLL... you guys don't know how much the zombie stage and the code veronica remake announcement means to me. like genuinely. i've been a fan for so long and code veronica specifically holds such a specific place in my heart — claire, steve, chris, and rockfort island, it deserves so much more recognition than it gets and the fact that it's finally getting its moment?? i actually teared up a little not gonna lie and specially zombie stage on top of that??? they're really just feeding us right now and i don't know what to do with myself.
          
          it also hits different because i'm literally in the middle of writing crimson stars rn, my resident evil x alien crossover, and this whole announcement wave just rekindled everything. reminded me why i love this franchise so much and why i wanted to write this story in the first place. the atmosphere, the lore, the characters — there's so much to work with and i just feel so inspired right now.
          
          AND SPEAKING OF INSPIRED — literally no one could convince me otherwise vivinos saw crimson stars and thought my re x alien stage crossover was a good idea. I WENT FERAL WHEN I SAW IT ON MY YT FEED. i was in the middle of writing a chapter and vivinos just dropped that ?!?! DAWG... mind you i started writing crimson stars way before zombie stage was announced 
          
          anyway. please do show crimson stars some love! i truly do appreciate every single one of you guys reading this
