A Goodbye Note.

I joined Wattpad in January, and since then, I’ve had a really good time with all of you. In my free time, I thought about sharing my thoughts and wise words with people, and Wattpad felt like the best place for that. I received so much love and respect from everyone, and it truly means a lot to me. All the kind and positive responses I got were really heartwarming.

But now, I need to focus on my studies. I’ve recently joined some classes, and as many of you know, I’m not very active these days. So, I’ve decided to delete my Wattpad and Pinterest accounts. I will be deleting them very soon.

I truly wish the best for all of you. Take care of yourselves, always stay positive, and keep giving your best in life. I really enjoyed my time here with all of you.

Please forgive me if I’ve ever made a mistake or hurt anyone in any way. And yes, one more thing I want to share — Naaz is not my real name. I’ve been using this name on social media since my teenage years.

          Take care, everyone.
          Goodbye!

Some days feel confusing, frustrating, or numb. Sometimes, everything feels too much—or maybe nothing at all. You don’t know what to do or how to understand what’s going on inside you. I’m not here to give you a motivational speech like, “Let’s go, you got this!” No. I just want you to understand something real: everything in life needs effort. You have to make a choice every time.

Start paying attention to what’s making you feel lazy, dull, or stuck. Are you procrastinating a lot? Feeling numb? Losing energy? These things don’t just go away on their own. So what’s the reason behind it? Instead of overthinking everything, focus on your daily life. That’s what you need to fix first. When you realize that something is damaging you, that’s when you need to act. Don’t make excuses. I know it’s hard—but you have to do it for yourself.

The truth is, you’re focusing too much on others and not enough on yourself. That’s why you feel this way.

Life isn’t just a bunch of tests—it is the test. You have to be ready for every challenge. Some days feel too painful, I get it. But that’s not the end. It’s your thoughts and emotions making it feel like that. I don’t know what you're going through or how you ended up here. But you know. And only you can figure it out.

Stop wasting your time—because that’s what’s keeping you from growing. Focus on what really matters—especially your life. Other people won’t fix your life for you. They’re busy dealing with their own problems. Sure, they can support you a little, but they don’t know your life the way you do.

No, you can’t change everything overnight. But that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. You can do it. And you have to do it—for yourself.

Assalamu Alaikum,

I hope you are doing well. As you know, Ramadan has started. During this blessed month, many people make an effort to read the Qur'an. It is common for people to ask each other how much they have completed. While reading the Qur'an is a great act of worship and brings many rewards, we should also remember the real purpose of the Qur'an.

The Qur'an was not revealed just for recitation. It is a book of guidance for those who seek the right path. Allah has sent down His words to help us live our lives in the best way. The Qur'an is in Arabic, and many of us do not understand this language. We read it, but do we truly know what Allah is telling us? We should not just recite the words but also reflect on their meaning.

I encourage you to read the Qur'an with translation this Ramadan. Read it in your native language so that you can understand its message. Do not worry about what others say. Your reward is with Allah, and He knows your intentions. It is not about how many times you complete the Qur'an but how much you understand and apply in your life. Remember, we can never satisfy people, but our goal should be to please Allah alone.

May Allah guide us to the straight path and bless us abundantly.May Allah increase our understanding of His words and grant us the ability to follow His guidance.

There are days when you feel like a total mess. It can get so overwhelming that you start feeling numb, and those negative thoughts begin to consume you completely. It’s okay and natural to feel this way sometimes, but you can’t stay stuck in it - for the sake of your own well-being.

Imagine your mind is a room, and your emotions are its belongings. They are usually in their right places, but sometimes they get messy. When you feel overwhelmed, restless, numb, angry, drained, stressed, or anxious, it’s like shuffling things around in your mind. Your emotions become scattered, just like the mess in your room. And just like you clean your room, you need to sort out your emotions too.

You know that no matter how many times you clean your room, you will have to do it again and again. It takes effort, but you also know you don’t have any other choice. If you don’t clean up, you will be the one struggling in the mess. The same goes for your emotions. If you don’t take care of them, they will only make things harder for you.

[I have so much more to say, but due to Wattpad’s word limit, I can’t share everything here. This topic needs a deeper explanation, so I have written it in more detail in my book GENTLE NOTES. I highly recommend reading Note 17 - it will only take 5-7 minutes of your time.

If you’re struggling with your emotions or mental health right now, I strongly encourage you to read it.

You don’t have to vote - just read it. I really wanted to share it here on the message board, but I can’t because of the character limit. That’s why I published it today in my book. I truly hope it helps you in some way.

And if you know someone who might need to read these words, please feel free to share them. Tag them in the comments, or if they aren’t on Wattpad, you can copy and share it elsewhere.

I’m doing my best to help people here, and I hope these notes bring even a little bit of positivity into someone’s life. Read Note 17 - MUST READ!]
