Joe Shetina (pronouns: they/he) is many things, but primarily a writer. Benign neglect as a child allowed them to maintain an unsteady diet of Hitchcock movies, slasher movies, 80s sitcoms, and reality TV well into adolescence. Their dramatic writing has failed in some of the industry's finest competitions, having been cited in the top 15% for the Academy Nicholl Fellowship and given semi-finalist status at the 2019 Eugene O'Neill National Playwrights Conference. Their poetry has been published in The Rising Phoenix Review and Scuzzbucket.
