Why Silverfish?:

I went to a vacation home with an indoor swimming pool once and there were several silverfish in the pool. When I saw the first one, I was frightened. I frantically took the pool net and smashed it. But soon after, I felt sorry for the silverfish. So, I put the word silverfish in my bio as a tribute to the silverfish I murdered. I found more after that. I went home from vacation and I stopped at the library. I picked up a book about silverfish and read up on the biology of my dead friend, whose corpse was now many, many miles away.
