My Draconic Academy, My Hero Academia, x American dragon story.

It has been four years since Izuku was diagnosed as quirkless. It wasn't until his eighth birthday that he discovered his ability to turn into a mighty dragon and enter a separate world where dragons are treated like heroes.

I'm not sure what the plan is with this one. I was planning, where Izuku gets transported to rogue port where he has to find the thousand-year door to return home.

or

where he and some of his class get transported into the Pokémon world, compete in a tournament, and travel to Kanto through galore.

After the events of painting the town, Ozpin gets a visitor from an old friend who comes to ask for help, so now Team RWBY  finds themselves in a school that teaches magic trying to keep a black-haired boy with a lightning bolt scar out of trouble. 

Remnant's magician 
Now The story can go two ways either 
In this Harry Potter crossover, a recently mute Harry finds himself on a remnant discovered by an old crow and his new trainee. The trainee later befriends and adopts Harry. How will Hogwarts manage a savior who disregards their expectations, employs a different form of magic, only speaks when spoken to, and spends most of their time with their soulmate, who accompanies them on this adventure?
In a dark magician reader story, Qrow and Ruby discover a boy in poor condition whom they nurse back to health. Later, he joins Ruby when she attends Beacon.
