@lostowl I'm sure I can find a typewriter somewhere, right? Sounds like you're living the life, haha. 

I restored a 1913 Underwood #5 typewriter to use for first drafts. Working away from a screen makes me work more in my head, my heart and my mind first.  It never crashes, either.
