✍️ Everyone's writing journey is different. This is mine.

I've always been a dreamer--and a realist. Maybe that's why my stories live in the space between what is and what could be, where love, loss, and hope all share the same heartbeat.

I've been writing since grade school: scraps of dialogue from dreams, story ideas scribbled in notebooks, fragments of lives waiting to be told. Most of my stories begin that way--a single scene or whispered conversation that lingers long after I wake.

I never really planned to share my writing publicly. But when my son--a dreamer too--told me he wanted to become a novelist, I realized the best way to teach him to chase his dreams was to keep chasing mine.

No matter the world or the story, my writing always comes back to this: finding light after loss, and beauty in the becoming.
