So having a bad anxiety day today. It started out as a good day on the whole, but little things get in the way and reflect negatively in your emotions. Anxiety has gotten the better of me today. But I won't let it take over me. Sometimes it just feels like absolute crap when you can't stop crying and panicking and hyperventilating over something fairly trivial to most others. It's no ones fault. It just happens. If any of you suffer with anxiety, I hope you are having a better day and are feeling well. X
