Hi, I'm Arland and I like to write.

The stuff I write are going to be primarily in the fantasy and sci-fi fantasy genre. I am exploring the avenues of general fiction. The one genre I will not touch is romance. It's just not my cup of tea, so to speak.

Currently, life has become rather erratic with everything determined to keep me hostage and away from writing.

Now for the issue of constructive criticism. I appreciate it. If something needs improvement, I need people to tell me what it is. That said, rudeness and outright spamming is not what I'm looking for. If there's a repeating issue, that's fine, but please don't go down the route of saying "it's bad" in the parts that need improvement and expect me to fix it. If you don't say what the problem is, how would the issue be resolved?

I don't take reading requests. I do not have the time to commit to them.

My current projects:
- Indisposable Trash (A series estimated to be around 9 volumes when finished)
- Flowers in the Snow (a standalone)
- Short Stories, Poems and Other Strange Musings (for the rogue bit of inspiration - very sporadic updates)

Completed:
- A Mother's Love (a short story about a mother fulfilling her son's wish in cruel and harsh world)
- Perception (a terribly written entry for the 2021 ONC. Don't read it if you expect quality)
- Of What was Left Behind (An entry for the 2024 ONC. Rough around the edges and a story about a rudimentary AI recovering its memories and rediscovering its sense of self with the meeting of a family of birds)

Future projects:
- Earthenblood (Heavily in the ideas grinder atm)
