i just finished my longest story ever and it’s not even malec lmao. it’s 4500 words and i’m posting it on my ao3. i’m not gonna say what it is bc its a controversial ship (which is why i’m putting it on ao3 instead of wattpad lol) but i’m super proud of how it turned out. i’ll try to figure out a way to turn it into a malec story by changing the names and a few of the details though

does anyone have advice for alternatives to self harm?? i’m three years clean and usually i’m good at controlling myself but this time it’s really hard. i’ve tried pinching myself, scratching my arm, and drawing on myself. nothing is working and all i want to do is cry. if anyone has gone through something similar and knows how to help please let me know how you dealt with it.
