I tried to comment on the first chapter of my book and it says "story not found" but when I comment on my second chapter it works. Does anyone know what the problem is?

Has anyone else heard about how toxic wattpad is to its own users? I watched a video about wattpad from Jane Conquest on YouTube and apparently a lot of writers accounts are getting deleted for no reason. And apparently a lot of wattpad ambassadors are terrible.
