          I live in the state of Minnesota and I just heard about the shooting and how the officer is on PAID leave, no justice what so ever. There's no need to conduct an investigation, he was shot four times infront of his four year old daughter and bm, he has no criminal record and his 33rd birthday is tomorrow.
