We are from all walks of life, with our own unique growing up experiences. "The bakes and Cocoa tea series", to me , represents the moment When I said Yes, to the calling! Yes! To doing what I love best, expressing myself through the art of poetry and writing.

And for anyone who grew up in the Caribbean , when you hear the phrase, "bakes and Cocoa tea", you know it is cultural, you know it is humor , you know it is nostalgic!


It is not just about the characters, in the stories and poetry, but rather about, the life experiences, the unique colloquial languages , the roots and the culture.

Yes , we know life has its ups and down, but our goal is to continue to promote positive-ness!
