Hi, I'm claire! 18 years of age and a citizen of the Republic of the Philippines. I'm currently a grade 12 HUMSS student at STI West Negros University. I've been writing since grade 5 but my pieces were compiled in my notebook. I love to share my thoughts and experiences through writing but I didn't have the guts to post them online. I like how words and ideas play my imagination- a writer's. In the year 2019, our house was set on fire. We don't have anything left and my treasures- my books and notebooks turned into ashes. I was feeling down at that time because my main plan was to make a Facebook page for my pieces. I stood in my first plan, I made a page (Claire's Pen) but I didn't post my pieces because the words and thoughts just turned into ashes and remain as a memory that, I, Claire Montero once shared my thoughts and rants with my pen serves as my sword. In the year 2020, I wrote again but it was compiled in my diary. In the year 2021, I posted some of my pieces online, and one of them gained more viewers and shares. And now, on February 28, 2022, I posted my first ever story on Wattpad. My friends are my biggest supporters (I'm crying while typing this) they deserve the acknowledgment! They were the reason why I wrote my first story. They pushed me to become the better Claire that they deserve. My friend, Stephanie, made the cover of my first book. My friend Rochelle, never gets tired of my rants and frustration. She's my manager, she proofread my work and gives feedback about it. My friend Crystal, Kia, Steve are my moral support. I swear, it's nice to have the best set of friends ( seriously, why Am I getting emotional!) That's why my first story is my gift to them. They set the standard for Athaliah Deborah, Sapphire, Roxy Siel, Kristel Zeresh, Stefhein, and Vashtie.
