today is national firefighters day<3
          
          today is for honoring fallen firefighters and firefighters all around the world. todays just a little hard after learning one of my favorite fire chiefs passed away May 1, 2023. 
          
          he and many other people were my motivation and inspiration for wanting to be a firefighter and why i write so many books on firefighting. 
          
          i wish that one day i would have had the honor to serve under him for him being my chief. but unfortunately i do not.
