yessss! i have been locking in! since i have been incorporating more whole foods, my appetite has been so low i have to make sure im eating at least 1350 cals a day to stay sustainable. but thank youuuu! you’re so sweet

preparing for uni, working, and trying to get my life together all at the same time lol. i have been taking my health more seriously these past couple of days and i already lost 6 pounds, period. how’s everything going on your end?
