Just watched The Act of Killing: a doco on the Indonesian genocide of Chinese "communists" and US regime change 'success." It follows the lives of some of the killers, now old and heroes, as they re-enact the events. The most bizarre, surreal, mind-blowing work of film art I've ever seen.

My phone is my worst enemy. Anti-anxiety pills should just come standard as part of a mobile phone package.

If it's true that we only laugh because if we didn't we'd cry, what's happening when I laugh and cry at the same time? And anything that hurts my stomach that much has got to be wrong. Should I be taking special pills?
