maturing  is  realising  that,  excluding  her  actions  in  the  myths,  pjo!hera/juno  isn’t  that  bad.
          
          “b-but  she  made  the  statue  fall  on  thalia  and  annabeth!”  (1)  it  was  an  assumption  they  didn’t  have  evidence  to  back  up,  and  (2)  olympus  was  crumbling  and  hera  was  fighting  typhon  in  her  full  form,  meaning  all  her  powers  were  in  one  place.  she  had  no  intention  of  disrupting  thalia  and  annabeth  who  were  trying  to  save,  smth  hera  very  clearly  cared  about.
          
          “b-but  she  cursed  frank!”  she  didn’t.  the  fates  did.  she  just  warned  his  family  of  his  fate  and,  if  she  didn’t,  he  would’ve  died.

            I have very strong opinions on this. Also I firmly believe that the only reason she’s portrayed the way she is in the myths is because Ancient Greek and Roman society were very misogynistic so of course they’d purposely portray a goddess associated with women in a negative light.
