“ well hee should put on a shirt because he might freeze to death in his friend’s room if he doesn’t. ”    ( her room was cold, yes, but she’d meant to say that she didn’t want to overheat — and the longer she looked at him, the more she felt her cheeks warm. )

            『  he frowned ever so slightly as he watched her, then he noticed he face and the change in her eyes. he grinned, pulling her much closer and brushing her hair behind her shoulder, readying himself to whisper in her ear.  』  “ talk about yourself, i want to know more about you .. “

“ give me a topicc, babyyyy. ”    ( the sight of him like that, and the feeling of their bodies pressed flushed together made not only her face begin to heat  , but her eyes lighten slightly from brown to deep purple. )

            “ i — uhm — whatever you want — “  『  his eyes were drawn to her for a reason he couldn’t quite grasp. he felt the need to look away from her, but he didn’t want to, and he couldn’t. he just stared at her in awe, wrapping his arms tightly around her.  』

            『  he quickly nodded his head. he really did like dragons, sometimes.  』  “ they’re fun to watch — i wouldn’t want to own one though .. “

( she let out a soft gasp. )    “ a dragon.? dragons are cool — and pretty. they’re so interesting too. i like dragons. do you like dragons, curls.? ”

            『  his head tilted slightly as he thought to himself, his eyebrows furrowing.  』  “ umm — there’s the time my father actually went missing .. with my brother — and also when my mother woke up with a baby dragon in her favourite teacup — “

            『  levi quickly turned his attention back onto the girl, glancing down at the book before looking back towards her. he had studied that book a couple of times, he was rather familiar with it.  』  “ well — if you’re struggling, i could possibly help? i had that book for a looonnnggg time — i might be able to give you a little advice, if you want it —. “  『  he raised an eyebrow at her, his head tilted ever so slightly.  』

she nodded, although it was mostly to herself as she let out a small breath of relief. “okay.. if you say so.” she opened the book, flipping through the pages as she attempted to find the topic she was looking for. “hm?” she glanced up from the book. “it is? that’s good news for me.. i’ve been struggling with this topic since we started studying it.” she admitted, frowning.

            『  again, he gave her a small nod. he definitely didn’t need that book, he wouldn’t miss it if it was gone. he looked at her, giving her a warm smile.  』  “ i’m definitely sure, take it — it’s good if you’re unsure of something, i’ve read it before. “  『  he gestured his head towards the book and narrowed his eyes.  』

( less than twenty minutes later, the girl had fallen asleep engulfed in his scent and warmth, fully calm and relaxed. )
