          anyway, I want to have a sex change, testosterone, name change, he/him+they/them pronouns, all that.  but, i would like to keep my breast? like, i would have to have the tissue taken out, then have implants put in, but still. does this take make my (male in the inside) identity change?

@TwinkyLil_Bish nope. Not one bit. Sorry i know I’m not the person you asked i just happened to stumble along this question but no. You are the only one who can feel what you feel. If you want to be a male with breasts go for it. I’m also ftm but I am not sure bout bottom surgery yet
