I agree, and even Harry Potter which was a beautiful majestic book was astonishing and very well written.  But it had gone through many rejections before it was published.  And so have many other novels.  The Selection series is amazing and utterly beautiful.  I love it.  And I know that you'll find someone that loves it too.
