how to support black people and the fight against racism and injustice as a non-black ally:

-EDUCATE yourself, family, and friends on what's going on and the history of this country and how it is rooted in racism + white supremacy 

-check your friends and family when they make racist comments

-listen and acknowledge black voices and understand what support they need 

-don't be silent, especially on social media, when black lives are being murdered 

-attend protests if able and make sure any black people and POCs are out of harms way when police arrive

-donate to funds and sign petitions, and share them!
