ALSO idt the point of him going away to die alone is a valid take because he was young and dying from such a painful, traumatic disease. He didn’t know what to do and wasn’t used to having all these people around him who care for him so he didn’t know how to react. Yes i hate how that effected mig and the others but from his perspective he truly thought he was doing the right thing and didn’t want anyone to feel the pain of watching their loved one die in front of them like what happened with his mum. 
          

NOO i missed the board being active anyways yeah hating on luca is not valid AT ALL like he’s been through sm and just because now we’re seeing miguel’s side doesn’t mean luca’s trauma isn’t just as important. He isn’t a mind reader he can’t just know what miguel’s feeling and IM NOT blaming mig for struggling to express his feelings because i get him so much on that aspect but it’s not all on Lu, he cares sm for Mig and doesn’t want him to experience what he did growing up which is why he’s so protective over him in his OWN way. 
          
          Yes he has his flaws but who doesn’t? He isn’t going to be perfect as soon as his book ends, his character development is still ONGOING. PLUS Luca is SO caring, the way he treated mali,whilst barely knowing her, violet and val. Just because he isn’t openly doing it doesn’t mean he isn’t.
