@Jessie-Allyn personally I think A Garden Of Light And Shadows is better overall, but if you like more of a classic YA voice Under The Willow Root might be more your speed? They're actually the same basic story - Under The Willow Root was my very first novel and then I rewrote it almost completely and retitled it A Garden Of Light And Shadows. Thanks for reading!!
