          I hope you don’t mind me posting this, but I wrote my first book called Shifters. It would mean a lot to me if you had the time to check it out! It’s a fantasy romance book about a human girl named Esmara. She lives in a world that is ruled by seven kinds of shifters, and she is mated to one. It’s quiet complicated but Luna and Jules were both in the hospital in the same room when they recovered from their head injuries.or They are twin flames / soulmates. Twin flames often dream about each other but I’m this case they were in the same dream together. (I know this is boarder line fantasy at this point but I wanted something different) that’s why they remember everything because they lived it and the other characters don’t know about what happens in the dream space.  (L did have a tumor in real life and had the surgery - in her dream she tries to work around her fears of what could happens if the surgery fails and so she decides against it in the dream. J did have an accident in real life and his fears of having permanent damage like his speech impediment is what he was dealing with in his dream.) near the end When Luna disappears in the dream she’s placed into a different room because her condition is getting worse for a bit. She also heard a flatline in the dream I’m the chapter where Jules finds out about her letters. It was in fact her own heart flat lining for real. So at this point Jules remains alone in the dream until he wakes up from his coma. Jules tries to find an explication and he find the book about twin flames and when he ends up looking for it it is taken and he finds Luna in the library with the book. That’s when he realises she was real in the dream too. Hope this helps? I wanted something complicated but maybe If I ever edit it I should be more clear. ❤️
