I'm a mother, a reader, a writer, an amateur actress and a teaching assistant in a primary school - Oh and a big Doctor Who fan too.
I have a very happy life with my partner and my son doing all of the things I love to do.


Living Out Of Time is a children's sci-fi novel. Brother and sister Cathy and Luke (15 and 14 years old)  find themselves in 2145. The world looks very different. Cathy and Luke find themselves trapped there and learn all about this future world the hard way. 

I started writing the book a couple of years ago for my own enjoyment. I'm now in the process of re-writing after making several character and plot changes. I can now see in my mind a series of books as the characters are coming to life in my mind and more ideas are flooding in.

I will post each chapter as I finish it. I hope people enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy writing them.
