someone just spoke noodles to me and i cant translate it either so i have left them unopened for the past 4 hours.

one time i watched my neighbor top a traffic cone.
          
          he harrasses them everyday by throwing them downhill, and tying them on leashes and swinging them around. this also includes hanging them. he is the reason i have traffic cones in my closet. please stop traffic cone abuse, brandon.
