Ren Mayari has always loved books ever since she could remember and has always seen libraries as sanctuaries which is one of the reasons why she became a librarian. Anything about the supernatural is interesting to her. She writes poetry, tries to draw, reads books whenever she can squeeze it into her schedule of daily living.

"Glimmer" first came out as part of the #StrangeLit Fateful Turns bundle last September 2015. "Glimmer" then came out as a standalone novella last March 2016. Fateful Turns and the standalone novella are available in Buqo.
She is also part of Project:TIMES, a group of indie authors. Some of her poems are included in the group's poetry anthology Piece by Piece, which would be released later this year.
Her short story, "The Silver-Eyed King" is part of Talecraft's Fantasy Anthology launched in November 2016.
"The Sorceress Merula" has been chosen to be part of Philippine Speculative Fiction 11.
