Y’all wanna know what I absolutely fucking despise? Having a goddamn breakthrough with an idea for an oc, and then finding out someone’s already gone and done it and it’s POPULAR. 
          
          For example, I’m making a few ocs for my funky little personal self-insert story for MHA, right? I have this one idea, of a girl who’s quirk lets her manipulate the rays of the sun and all that jazz, and I make a funky little connection to her and that glowing baby who had the first quirk, AND I FIND OUT MAYBE AN HIYR LATER THAT SOMEONE’S ALREADY GONE AND DONE THAT AND IT’S POPULAR. 
          
          I literally got so excited and proud of myself for being creative cuz it literally NEVER happens and then my spirit is crushed
