I'm Lou. I'm originally from Derby but live in Stoke On Trent. My passions are music and mental health, I have 4 beautiful children. 2 boys Callum who is 18 and Tommy who is 12 weeks, and 2 girls Gracie who is 11 and Katie who is 9, I currently study Psychology at an open University but study at home due to having COPD, PTSD, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION. And of course, I'm authoring my book 'Till It Happens To You' - which is based on my life story from when I was born up until age 41, The events are very real and true, but I will change some names for legal reasons.
