Does anybody have advice for stopping panic attacks? : ,)

@love3grl do things that bring you comfort afterwards. maybe wrapping yourself up in a blanket, watching a comfort movie, reading a book etc.  I go full self-care mode after.

Does everyone like the pacing of Ronan’s story? It’s so different from Athena’s because the slow burn is there but not as slow as Athena’s and ace’s story like Ronan is full blown head over heels for her and it’s apparent, what do you guys think?

Hey :) I am having trouble with anxiety lately too. What helps is when I am with friends I like physical touch just the smallest things to ground myself and tell myself I’m okay. Or just constantly repeating the chant “I’m okay” over and over again until it gets into your head and all the rest of the scary voices disappear. Maybe drinking a nice little drink or eating a yummy snack will help too :) u can do this!!

@love3grl hiii, so sorry I am late, but what really helps me is writing down whatever is worrying me the most and then crumbling that paper, (kind of like crushing that problem?) And listening to music really helps, my personal soothing sound is the tangled music. And when it gets really bad. Like suffocating-ly bad, I watch some old romcoms or read an old favorite book
