The way I do it is using the website (Not the mobile app). I go to 'My Works', then I edit a chapter of the story I want. Then on the right hand side where it says 'Options', I click 'Advanced'. There you'll find space to enter a link under the 'Photos' box. I use tumblr links but you can use any direct link to an image hosted online :)
