Hi everyone, and thanks for checking out my profile.
First, a bit about me:
I was born in 1998, and am currently in my third year at senior school. My favourite subject is textiles, although i really enjoy history, but I'm really not good at French. At home, I spend a lot of time playing with my pets; my black cross breed cat Midnite, and my dwarf lop rabbit, Holly, spending hours on my textiles homework and chatting to my friends. I am constantly being told off for spending too much time reading, and for leaving the door open while I practise my music. I've been playing the harp for nearly 7 years, and have just achieved a merit in my g5, and the flute for four years, passing my g4 last term.

At the moment, I'm reading the pretty little liars series by Sarah Shepard, and the Delirium trilogy by Lauren Oliver. I love Lord of the rings and Harry Potter, but my all time favourite book has to be Between by Jessica Warman.

When it comes to my own books, I take inspiration from topics such as friendship and loyalty, but also from events that happened before my time, but still had a significant impact on my life. I'm descended from Diana Beaumont, who was one of the family who occupied Beaumont leys during the reign of king charles. I'm also part German and Russian, and I have some very distant Polish ancestors. I intend to draw on some of these people and events from throughout their lives to write my books. 
Just something I want to make clear: the earliest generation descendant of my foreign ancestors who is still alive is my mum, who enjoys history, but doesn't really share my enthusiasm. My gran did a huge amount of research into them, and into the Beaumont family, so is a huge help, although beyond  about 1750, my family history is very difficult to trace.

Just so everybody knows, as well, I really don't like one direction or Justin bieber. I don't mind heir songs, but please don't just go on about them. xxxx
