Nanny Contract updates will be slower for a bit. I part physical. I part mental, and a huge part housecleaning - can't wait for spring. So much construction in the neighbourhood, dust out muscled the snow.

I agree. I’m just so far behind, and it’s hard to keep up. But I’ve been kinder to myself over the years, reading only what appeals to me instead of feeling obligated. 
            
            The only exception I’ve made is a book I’m currently reading because the author is someone I’ve known since my Army days, and he did read my trad published books.

good to visit you on your conversations, Joe. A move for me is up and coming soon as I am released in this stroke rehab facility but have to heal and find a handicap place to live in that is right for me and one, I can afford.

            I just make it a point to laugh at myself daily. Instead of getting upset over foolish mistakes or accidents  - I've chosen to laugh and for me it works very well. My biggest dread is losing my right to drive - my car is my only real connection to independence.

strokes run on my father's side of the family, so I knew I was in for this but I'm starting decade ahead of him. But I will endure until the end, smile.

            Oh, I'm really sorry to hear that, but I know the circumstance re family. Mine is all over the world, e-mails are about the closest we get now. Fortunately, I'm still upright and sucking air - but a day will come.
