I’m sorry if what I’m about to say will hurt people, from the bottom of my heart, I am sorry.
First of all, I love that people are protesting for BLM. Racism is, horrifyingly, a real thing that exists and has exists for so long. NOBODY should EVER be judged on the color of their skin, their beliefs, their race, etc...
Protests and freedom of speech are such a beautiful thing that (many people) have the right to. However, I am so horrified by the riots going on in the world. So many innocent people are losing their jobs and homes to the destruction and looting.
Many people, and although I 100% disagree I still respect their opinion, believe that “buildings can be rebuilt but people cannot” and that destroying homes will help with this movement. Many people don’t understand that these buildings ARE their life and the only way they can support their family.
For the past week I have been praying for these poor innocent people that are having their homes and sources of payment caught on fire and burned to ashes.
I’ve seen so many tweets saying that the riots are moving to Carlsbad and San Diego where I, my friends, and my family live. My family has always lived in affordable homing and I KNOW FOR A FACT that many of my neighbors could be homeless if our homes are destroyed.
PLEASE stay safe and think twice about your actions. LIVES ARE AT RISK.

i agree! the BLM movement is beautiful, and civil unrest is overdue, change in this nation and in this world is overdue. buildings and shops can be what people poured their souls into and they can be lost without a job when their destroyed. but where i cut off is what the media won’t show you is the amount of peace that is within the protests and marches. all protests start out peaceful and i know most protesters arent attacking or even armed. there are protests where the police marched WITH the protesters and nothing bad came out of it. it is only when they start firing at unarmed, peaceful protesters that it turns into something else. something ugly. we don’t want it to get ugly we just want to not be a target anymore. not be seen as a threat because of our skin and not have cops abuse their power over us. there are so many videos of fake protesters that are breaking into stores, setting buildings ablaze, framing peaceful protests as violent riots. there are police that are attacking first, spraying those who are not instigating them with pepper spray, there are people with good intentions getting beat and arrested because the police can and continue to abuse their power, and yes, buildings are getting destroyed, but there are people go out the next day after their peaceful march turned into a riot to help repair stores and clean the streets. I don’t want my house to burn down, but I DONT WANT TO DIE BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF MY SKIN more.

Good news everyone!!!
I got my computer fixed and I stoped being as lazy so I’m currently working on the next chapter of HTLTE. I don’t know when it will be published but I’m feeling happy and inspired so it will probably be soon.
I’m praying and keeping all of you in my thoughts so please wash your hands and stay safe. You can always dm me if you need anything and I promise I will reply.

My day has been so crazy today. I found out my school is getting shut down for three weeks and there was also a lockdown. There was a guy on my campus so we had to stay in lockdown for like an hour until the police got him.
Personally, I'm not that scared of getting the cororna virus but it giving me anxiety how big of a deal it has become. I'm praying for all of you guys and I hope you and your loved ones all stay safe.
Also, I KNOW I HAVENT UPDATED IM SORRY. I'm trying but I've been really busy. I love all of you beautiful people so stay safe.
