I started out as a book lover. When I was young, I read almost anything I could get my hands on. But when I discovered novels during High School, my reading consumption gradually shifted towards fiction, specifically Fantasy and Mystery.

The first time I wrote a story, I was in Grade 6, and the story was a gender-bended fan fic of The Swan Princess. But before that, I often retold to myself episodes of the 1990's Fox Kids adaptation of X-Men. Come High School, I was writing classroom play scripts, short stories, and essays--though I didn't really know the proper way to format my manuscripts. I wrote fan fic scripts for Charmed, Flame of Recca, Battle Realms: Winter of the Wolf, as well as short stories that romanticized the high school lives and adventures of my circle of friends.

I am now a licensed professional teacher, with a degree in Secondary Education majoring in English. My favorite subject is Creative Writing, and I am curious about Linguistics, Language Research and Conlanging. I want to take a Master's Degree in Creative Writing as soon as I am able. Most of my work are still on the planning and world building stages, but I have a current work in progress--a compilation of short stories and novellas inspired by music, which I call PLAYLIST.

I write stories in the Contemporary, Fantasy and Science Fiction genres, both for Young Adult and Adult age groups. I write Poetry sometimes, as well.
