Being able to write, has saved my life. During the worst of my depression, I have found light in the fictional worlds that I created. 
Writing is what I live for. It is an escape from the cruel reality that is our world. 

My life hasn't always been easy, and even when I lost everything, I still had my creative ideas, and I used the pain and suffering to create beauty.

I am Marie, and I am more passionate about writing than about anything else in my life. 
I have two cats, a female pitch black cat, Pixie, who is very lovable, but just like her mother, wants to be left alone and hates being picked up. And my darling Loki, who is of the domesticated african wild cat breed. I found him in a clearing alone at only 5 days old, and he has stolen my heart. He is very lovable and a real momma's boy, but a superb hunter and constantly follows his natural instincts. He loves sitting on my shoulder and purring away with happiness. 

The love of my life, came into my life when I gave up on love completely. I was ready to spend the rest of my life alone, at the age of 24, but the universe sent him to me, not because I wanted it, but because I needed him. Love isn't easy, but you need to be there for each other, and support the needs, hopes and dreams, along with the ambitions of one another. You need to never give up on each other.
