Hey there! What's the issue you've been having with your account? Just to check, it wasn't just that your stuff no longer had a rank next to it, was it? And that then when you tried to get people to search for it, they couldn't find it?
That may not be an error. Wattpad finds things largely by keywords so if you haven't included the title in the keywords, it won't come up when people search for it. With the charts, you only stay on them whilst you have new votes coming in. Then you can get knocked off the bottom by new stuff after a bit of no activity.
Getting into some forums and updating a new chapter usually fixes this! :-)
