My name is Mathilde and I am a Norwegian writer and musician in my 30s, based in Scotland. I write music, poetry and prose, often centred around mental health, queerness and the larger life questions we all love so much. My prose is mainly fiction, but I also have a blog where I write non-fiction posts about what is currently taking up space in my brain. 

For the last decade I have released music, both solo and as a bass player in various bands. Currently I play bass in Aberdeen based Alternative Rock quartet Audiokicks. I have had a couple of short stories out and am currently working on my first novel. Even though I was born and raised in Oslo, I write primarily in English.
