Everything is out in the open now, I've learnt not to be ashamed of who or what I am and what I have suffered.
Mental illness is a silent killer and without people who are willing to come forward about it, it will stay this way. I have written this for two reasons; in hope to help those who suffer any type of mental illness stand up and speak up and to help those who don't suffer understand what it is really like for someone who is struggling and how they feel. I was diagnosed with schizophrenia and this is my story, this is my life. #raiseyourhand
