Michael, people comment all the time, but I think you do better getting people to comment on your work if you first meet them on their posts and by commenting on their work.
          
          I've been here actively only a short time, but I'm having lots of fun commenting, and I'm posting my WIP. 
          
          It's amazing - people apparently want to hear what you have to say.
