Hello, my name is Katie. I’m 15 from Manchester and I’m probably shyest person you will ever meet. You can tell whether I like you or not because if I’m not being strange around you then I’m probably intimidated by you. I like drinking tea, sleeping, smoking, reading, taking walks in the woods, being by myself, writing stories and writing/playing music.

I don’t particularly like myself very much and sometimes I think maybe I would be better off dead. I like to think of myself as waiting for something, but I don’t know what. I’m on this planet for a purpose and I’m not going to die before I have carried out my purpose which is to write.

My idols are Allison Harvard and Hannah Murray. I would do anything to be them.

My favourite books are The Catcher in the Rye, The Hunger Games and Perks of being a wallflower. My favourite bands include The Maccabees, The Last Shadow Puppets and The Smiths. My favourite movie is Pretty in Pink; if only all our lives were like a John Hughes movie.

I adore skins because of its humorous aspect, but also because of its serious underlying undertones. Its sort of made me laugh and cry at the same time. A lot of the episodes inspire to write stories.

If I had to describe myself as a person it would probably be a mix between Cassie and Effy from skins.
I’m a bit fucked in the head don’t really speak and have a problem with eating. I also like glittery things and floaty skirts.

I have started to become interested in paganism and would love to consider this my religion.
I’m a very strong believer of the human spirit, I believe we have all been born from a past life and as each life progresses we are learning to be a better person. It leads me to believe that there is magic out there, we portray ourselves as we want to be. We can change if we truly want to change.

Witchraft is a path of magic and love, the movement of a deep poetry of the soul, a sharing and joining with the mysteries of Nature and the Old Gods.
