So here's my latest update/newsish post. Tasha's not only remained out of the hospital for a somewhat extended period, but but has also began to regain a bit of normalcy in life. (Though I think she misses driving about as much as I miss her being able to drive!)

Anyways, what does this mean? It means I finally feel like I can begin to concentrate on writing again! I hope this comes as good news to at least some. ;) My plan, yes, PLAN, is to have an update to "Colors" up no later than next Sunday, a week from today. As long as things go well and continue to improve I'm hoping to really get back into the swing of things with two to three updates a week. I have a LOT to catch up with!

Where did you go? I hate to pester you, but I’m kind of addicted to your book. In a way it’s the most sincerest form of flattery I can give. I’m trying to be really cool about being impatient. Lol

@StormyMichael Anytime! Keeps me motivated when I know people are waiting on me to get my backside writing. ;)

@StormyMichael lol, thank you. I've actually been working on it, believe it or not. Problem is it's being completely re-written, so much so that putting up individual chapters will both confuse and ruin the flow of the story. Trying to take out a bit of the teen drama and add more fantasy. It'll all be put up at once.

As far as the second book, it's also getting a workover. I won't be waiting to put them all in out at once, but I do need to make sure the chapters match the changes in book one.

Long story short, I am working towards finishing the first two books soon! Thanks again, and I hope you like the changes!

Hey, I found you while reading "The faerie folk" and I noticed that you really enjoyed it. I have written a book called "Anuerin". It's about a medieval village that is being controlled by the Fae folk, where the children of the village are taught three rules "never trust a Fae, never give them your name, and never fall for their tricks". My story is about what happens when these rules are broken and explores the possibility of a young child of the village actually meeting a Fae and learning more about who they are, and why they have control over this village. I'm currently looking for new readers and opinions on it. So if you could read it and let me know what you think, that would be amazing. If not, that's completely fine, I just thought I would ask. Thank you!

You are the most amazing writer. I mean, seriously, I had read all your books and like the way you write. I hope your family is great, though.

@Emmawatson-fan Thank you! Your comment made my day! The family's doing great, chaotic, but great. Unfortunately my busy life keeps me from being in here as much as I'd like, but work on my stories continues!

I need to apologise to anyone waiting for me to finally update my work and once again become active on a more consistent basis. I promise work on my stories is still happening behind the scenes, though admittedly very slowly.

The last year has been very trying health wise for my family, with a lot of scary hospital stays. We're hoping to get some answers and a direction for treatment in the next couple days, so cross your fingers for me if you can!

Anyways, I'm hoping to put up a large update of chapters for both Seasons books soon, so for those of you interested keep a lookout! I AM still alive! Thank you all for your support. Your votes and comments don't go unnoticed and are appreciated! Again I apologise for my inactivity, but sometimes life just won't get out of the way.

Would you be interested in possibly doing a Read for Read exchange? I'm looking for some feedback on my new book The Promise, and I would be more than happy to return the favor by giving you feedback on anything you'd like.

mike_yeaton

@officialsadieann Sorry it's taken me this long to respond. At the moment the commitment for read for reads, or much else, requires time I simply don't have. I'll be happy to check out your work later on, probably this summer, and leave you some feedback "free of charge" so to speak. Happy writing!
