@Izzy1700 the number is in the hundreds at least.
            North usually has really good perception, but China is his blind spot (not counting his real blind spot). He can't feel him. Every time he catches him, it's just because he's paranoid and swivels his head.
            World meetings are fun. China and North almost never sit near each other it interact at them, so China settles for watching him subtly enough that no one else notices, waiting for him to notice. Just to annoy him. 

Woah it cut off my sentence. I think China has at least stared at north for awhile until he notices at least 26 times or more
