I wish there more latina x black (or white) boy stories. Drop any if you know of any. I have yet to come across one.

I also wish there was better represention of dark skinned Hispanic males.

Aside from AI generated covers, what indicates someone "writes" AI stories?

I've noticed an uptick in accounts that either have no pfp or description, literally never engage w/ anyone, and follow one person. Their "stories" pop up and it's so annoying, and it seems it's getting harder and harder to bypass them.

@carmenisbad bruh that's frustrating, I tagged myself in my response to you.

@missfrenchgirly I think ik what you mean!! Yes, but I will say, some writers like that poetic style, hence the "dramatic manner" writing. But ChatGPT literally copies that style of writing so it's hard to separate the two, sometimes.

I'm just sooo sick of seeing AI generated covers. Idc about basic covers, mine are basic, some ppl just have words and a dark background, but it's fine bc at least it's coming from you. I'm just so over the basic, repitive generic slop epidemic. SO over it. Same style, same look. STOP.

Canvas is free to use and will only take a few mins of your time. My controversial (I think) opinion is that if you can't dedicate time for a cover like you can for your story then maybe you're not cut out for it. I don't mean any disrespect, I just don't like the idea of AI seeping into every. fucking. thing. But I get extra passionate and defensive when it comes to art bc art is such a sacred, human-made thing that I wanna cherish.

This whole "get on board with AI" propangda that CEOs are pushing out is straight bs propaganda. Gosh forbid we don't want our whole existence to be overruled by fucking robots. Almost like movies warn us not to let it happen...

Mental health reassurances that I wish I heard:

Your feelings are real, them being apart of your OCD or whatever you have doesn't make them any less real. Your thoughts and feelings might be ugly sometimes, and they may feel so apart of you that it overshadows your good qualities, but that's not all you have to offer as a human being. You have so much love beneath the ugly, so much to give.

The ugly will never fully disappear despite the medication. It creeps up on you, bringing you back to your weakest, most vulnerable moments.

Confusion on what you might or might not have is okay. It's normal. Not everyone receives a diagnosis or even a correct one. Doctors can/will make mistakes, and when it comes to us women, there hasn't been enough research done. At the end of the day, what you feel is what you feel, just don't give up this mental health journey; you must be your biggest advocate.
