This book is quite literally out of this world. You need to read this if you want profound writing, intrigue, writer intelligence and respectful nudge at hard topics like illness (mental and physical, without being overwhelming). As a second language for me, this book allowed me to add beautiful new words to my English vocabulary. This book is not only about a house taking over, it is written in a way that the house captivates you, you want to understand it, you can see what it sees. Brilliant, brilliant book. Underrated!
