My fiction is almost entirely drawn from the history and legends of the Hudson and Mohawk Valleys in New York state. "Neither Rebel nor Tory" is based on the life of Hanyost Schuyler, a turncoat who saved many American lives in 1777. "Roxy Druse & The Murders of Herkimer County" is the tale of a notorious ax murderess of the 1880s. "The Red Nurse" and "Mr. Dolge's Money" both feature the radical nurse Helen Schloss who was active in the strikes and struggles of the early 20th century. The first story appearing on Wattpad, "Conflagration 1793," is based on the judicial murder of three slave children accused of arson in conjunction with a mass uprising.

Even the collection of science fiction stories published in 2017 have ties to the region.("The Renegade Archaeologist & other tales of the future")

All of the novels can be found in both paperback and digital form on Amazon:
